At Ayla, you will be completely taken care of; enjoy the Mediterranean aromas, colours and flavours while sharing stories with family and friends.

This year, Ayla serves a four, five and six course menu with Ayla's Christmas duck playingthe leading role* Obviously, each menu has its own wine arrangement to enjoyyour Christmas dinner to the fullest.

* At Ayla we like to take any dietary restrictions into account. There's avegetarian option for each menu as well.

Enjoy atable filled with friends, family and Mediterranean dishes.

Reservation for groups

The first two courses include a selection of Ayla's favourite tapas dishes, including pulpo escabech, crispy veal, lambsrack and burrata-tomato salad. Followed by not one, but two classic Christmas dishes: a crispy fried duck breast and a confit duck leg with gingerbread and chicory. These are served with a modern version of Hete Bliksem with pancetta and sauerkraut with pink pepper; a Dutch classic with a Mediterranean twist.

Ayla will also serve a deer sucade with carrot, citrus and almond, Iberico pork with bourbon sauce; as well as roasted beet with smoked feta in the five- and six-course menu. Savoury and earthy wild tones play the leading role, interspersed with sweet undertones; perfect for the Christmas spirit.

We end the Christmas dinner with Ayla's popular Sticky Toffee pudding; with a Christmas twist. Of course, we'll gladly serve a cheese platter with Mediterranean cheeses for the true connaisseur.
