An aperitivo (or apéritif) is often described as being similar to the American happy hour, but in reality, it’s much more than that.

Aperitivo is a typical Italian tradition that is usually done at the end of the working day. People come together and spend some time with their friends and colleagues enjoying drinks with some bites. We would love to bring this tradition to Rotterdam. Pairing the most infamous Aperitif cocktails with a typical Italian bite.
