Together with our friends of Dr. Rotterdam we host a special New Year’s reception and invite the industry to ring in this new year together at Ayla.
Bartenders, suppliers, waitresses, chefs, barbacks and everybody else unite!

To our friends who will be working during the December peak, to those who have served luscious dinners, made hundreds of crafted drinks and watched people enjoy them, to those who see January as their vacation period:
It is time to catch up!

Together with Dr. Rotterdam we invite you to ring in the new year at Ayla. We welcome you with an Espresso Martini to shake off the work stress and open your senses, offered by Dom Q and Bébo Cuban Coffee Liquer.

The beautiful bartenders of the Dr. will join us for guest shifts and our kitchen staff will provide a snack (Holiday left overs 😉). Aquiles Raphaëla Palm&John Broersma are in charge of the music and will be tending the bar too. They do play requests. Marc Asmus Roderwijn and Barbara Costantino will be your lovely hosts this evening.

Our Holiday menu is available till the 7th of January so feel free to start the night with a dinner at Ayla.
