Gather with family and friends over tables filled with abundant colourful dishes and plenty of wine. At Ayla we would like to invite you on a journey through the Mediterranean and indulge in our Christmas menu while sharing stories and bonding in good company.
We offer a carefully curated Holiday menu in which cockles escabeche and smoked avocado will guide you into the evening, before you dig into a black venus risotto with octopus originating from Vercelli rice farmers in the Po Valley of Piemonte. The venison that follows is something our chef is particularly proud of. He let his creativity run wild when he came up with his La Tur lollipop. Naturally nothing finishes a dinner as well as a little bit of sweetness.
Of course we have a menu for our vegetarian friends as well. Our Chef Freek Dekker is equally proud of his vadouvan and portobello; and nothing says holidays more than spiced pumpkin.
Our wine expert Barbara Costantino and bartenders have curated a fine selection of wines and cocktails to complement the menu to fully enjoy the journey.
